As president of Delta Sigma Pi at Michigan State University, I would like to welcome you to our official site.

What is DSP?

DSP is a co-ed professional business fraternity with the mission to help students develop and advance in their professional careers. We are organized to provide a professional network, opportunities to participate in community service and fundraising events, as well as a brotherhood to support you along the way. DSP not only assists you in establishing a career but also has the ability to create lifelong friendships through our social events and outings.

We offer a multitude of career development resources for our members including professional events, career panels, and mentorships. We provide our members with professional guidance and a diverse alumni base to network with. For an ambitious individual seeking to make a difference and achieve success in the business world, there is no better place to start. In addition, with our brotherhood on campus featuring over 120 members, you are always in a class with your brothers or passing them by in the hallways.

My Experience

I rushed DSP the fall of my freshman year, and it was one of the best decisions I have made in college. During the rush process, I met two influential brothers who were able to give me information about a finance program that I was interested in. Within a couple of hours, I immediately saw the benefit of DSP. Those two brothers put me in contact with the head of the finance program, and one helped me land my junior year internship. It is through connections like these where you really appreciate DSP.

DSP has not only helped me professionally but has provided lifelong friendships. I currently live in a house with DSP brothers, and many more live on my street. These people have transformed my college experience. From casual events such as Saturday gamedays, and holiday dinners, to more formal events such as Hayride, and Semi-Formal, the best times are with DSP brothers. Friendships like these help to make campus feel much smaller with familiar faces everywhere you look. The best part about walking into the Business Pavilion has become seeing brothers to talk to before and after class. It truly is a welcoming community.

Next Steps

On this website you can find information about upcoming rush events, and I encourage you to come out. Members of DSP are the first people you want to hang out with on a Friday night, but when it’s time for your Monday morning accounting lecture, they are also the first people you want to sit next to.

I hope to see you at our rush events, where you can become a member of our community.
